日本語
ASOでかつ透析中である患者に対し、透析中も運動介入することによって入院期間中の運動療法の回数を増やし、ADL低下予防や筋力が維持されることを目的とする。また透析中に運動療法を導入することによって血流量を増加させ、ひいては創傷治癒が促進され、入院期間の短縮化につながるかを検討する。

The objective of this study is to investigate whether exercise therapy during hemodialysis prevents deterioration of activities of daily life, maintains muscle strength, increases peripheral circulation, and shortens the length of hospitalization.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
１） Rutherford分類 5以上のASOに対して血行再建術施行目的で入院している患者
２） 組織欠損を有し、車椅子生活を含めADLの低下を伴い、入院治療によるさらなる筋力低下が懸念される患者。
３） ASOに対する入院期間中に当院において透析を行う患者。
４） 本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた20歳以上の成人患者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・研究責任者が不適当と判断した研究対象者
・寝たきりである場合
・認知症など著しい認知機能の低下を伴うことで、運動負荷試験や運動療法中の自覚症状の変化などの意思伝達に支障をきたす可能性のある患者
・心疾患における運動療法に関するガイドラインに示されている禁忌・中止基準に適応する場合（資料2参照）
・アンダーソン・土肥の基準における、「運動を行わない方がよい場合」に当てはまる場合。下記参照。
安静時脈拍数120回/分以上
拡張期血圧120mmHg以上
収縮期血圧200mmHg以上
労作性狭心症を有する
新鮮心筋梗塞発症後1ヶ月以内のもの
うっ血性心不全の所見が明らかなもの
心房細動以外の著しい不整脈がある
運動前すでに動悸、息切れがあるもの
・非透析日にリハビリ治療を行っていない患者
