選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 2型糖尿病を有する者
(2) 20歳以上
(3) 空腹時血糖値が130 mg/dL未満の者

(1) Patients with type 2 diabetes
(2) Age more than 20 years old
(3) Fasting blood glucose level below 130 mg/dL

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 緩徐進行1型糖尿病を含む1型糖尿病あるいはそのほかの型の糖尿病を有する者
(2) 膵性糖尿病と診断されいてるか膵疾患の既往がある者
(3) 血糖変化や耐糖能に影響を及ぼすレベルの消化管手術の既往がある者（具体例：胃全摘、大腸全摘など。内視鏡治療、虫垂切除術は除外しない）
(4) インスリン抗体（＞10％）を有する者
(5) インスリンに対してアレルギーを有する者
(6)　 重篤な腎機能障害のある者（研究開始時の血清Cre値が1.5mg/dL以上）
(7)　 重篤な肝機能障害のある者（AST、ALTが正常上限の3倍以上）
(8)　 重度の心疾患（NYHAⅢ度以上）の既往がある者
(9) 糖代謝に影響のある薬剤（ステロイド製剤やβblocker）や持効型インスリンを使用している者
(10) 妊娠中、もしくは妊娠の可能性がある者
(11) 精神疾患を有する者や研究に協力できる程度の意思決定能力がない者
