日常的にオーバーヘッドスポーツやウエイトトレーニングをしている

had any injuries, pain, or dysfunction in the shoulder, neck, spine or upper extremity at the time of the study

could not understand the subject

had problems with communication

could not undergo Magnetic Resonance Imaging, e.g. claustrophobia

were participating in overhead activities, competitive sports, or weight training.

主な結果/Results

日本語
ISR群では屈曲可動域で17.2±9.5°（p＝0.003）、水平内転可動域で10.1±7.7°（p＝0.01）、内旋可動域で13.0±3.4°（p＝0.005）、総回旋可動域（ER+IR）で16.4±9.5°（p＝0.004）の改善が認められた。上腕骨頭の位置はどの群でも変化せず、可動域との相関は認められなかった。

The ISR group showed 17.2degree (p = .003) improvement in flexion, 10.1degree (p = .01) in HAd, 13.0degree (p = .005) in IR and 16.4degree (p = .004) in total arc (ER+IR).
Humeral head position did not change in any groups and showed no correlation with range of motion.
