主な結果/Results

日本語
結果：SSIの発生率は、口腔ケア群が対照群よりも有意に低かった（12.0％対39.3％、P = 0.004）。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果，soft pancreas，手術方法（膵頭十二指腸切除術），輸血，糖尿病，口腔ケアの非介入がSSIの危険因子であることが明らかになった。口腔ケア非介入のオッズ比は6.090（95％信頼区間：1.750-21.200、P＝0.004）であった。
結論：今回の結果から、周術期の口腔ケアは膵臓がん手術後のSSI発症リスクを低減する可能性が示唆された。

The incidence of SSIs was significantly lower in the oral care group than in the control group (12.0% vs. 39.3%, P = 0.004). Logistic regression analysis revealed that a soft pancreas, the surgical procedure (pancreaticoduodenectomy), blood transfusion, diabetes mellitus, and the absence of oral care intervention were risk factors for SSIs. A total of 103 patients with PDAC who underwent radical resection at Hiroshima Prefectural Hospital (2011-2018) were enrolled in this study.
