目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
レジスタンストレーニングを行っていない健常若年者に対して、1セットの反復回数が3回、5回、7回、10回のレジスタンストレーニングを12週間行った時の筋肥大の変化を比較し、レジスタンストレーニングの反復回数とトレーニング効果との間に用量反応関係があることを明らかにすることを目的とする。

he aim of this study is to compare the effect of 3, 5, 7, and 10 repetitions per 1 set on the change of muscle hypertrophy due to 12 weeks resistance training in untrained healthy young adults, and to clarify that there is a dose-response relationship between repetitions and the changes in muscle hypertrophy .

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

トレーニング実施の障害となりうる整形外科疾患、神経系疾患、内科系疾患やその既往、その他の自覚症状のある者
ペースメーカーを使用しているもの
その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

Subjects with nervous system diseases or their history that may interfere with resistance training
