１．平成25年1月1日から令和元年12月31日の期間で12か月以上当院外来呼吸リハビリテーションを継続して実施していた慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者
２．当院外来通院開始時期に関係なく平成31年１月１日から令和元年12月31日の間に12回以上定期通院していた慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者

1. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients who have been on continuous outpatient respiratory rehabilitation for at least 12 months between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2019.
2. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients who had 12 or more regular visits between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, regardless of when the outpatient visit began.
