健常者の口腔内に既承認のう蝕治療材料を装着し、材料表面の状態やバイオフィルムの形成について、共焦点レーザー顕微鏡、走査電子顕微鏡を用いて評価すること。

1）同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
2）本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者
３）上顎両側小臼歯4本がすべて揃っている方

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）歯科材料にアレルギーのある方
2) 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性
3）授乳中の女性
4）その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方
