参加者の流れ/Participant flow

（1）糖尿病看護についてのミニレクチャーを計8回（食事療法、運動療法、薬物療法、働く世代と糖尿病・高齢者と糖尿病、合併症・歯周病予防、フットケア、災害に備えて、シックデイ・低血糖）を研究メンバーが研究対象者に実施する（2）現在継続看護を行っている患者の中で血糖コントロール不良患者、生活指導を行っても行動変容ができない患者を対象とし、問診票に沿って情報収集し看護計画を立案する（3）医師へ患者の治療方針を確認し、医師・患者と共に長期目標、短期目標の設定を行う（4）立案した看護計画をもとにカンファレンスを月1回開催する（5）カンファレンス内容を踏まえて次回の継続看護を実施し必要時看護計画を修正し継続看護を行う（6）新たな取り組みを行った4カ月後、外来看護師の糖尿病患者指導に対する意識がどのように変化するのかを明らかにする。

インタビュー内容は研究協力者の背景（経験年数、糖尿病支援に関する資格）、先行研究の「糖尿病患者教育に携わっている看護師の実践に対する思い」のカテゴリー（看護師がとらえる糖尿病患者、糖尿病教育を実践する看護師の努力目標、むずかしい糖尿病教育、目標に近づくため何とかしたい、目標に近づけない無力感、やりがいのある糖尿病教育、糖尿病教育において取り組むべき課題）を用いてインタビューガイドを作成し、インタビューを実施する。インタビューの内容を一つ一つ丁寧に分析し、そのデータが意味するところは何かを考え、コード化する。
