選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 1）～3）のいずれかに該当する患者
1) 症状や発症時期を問わず、肺血栓塞栓症と診断された患者
2）肺高血圧症と診断された患者
3）肺高血圧症が疑われ、右心カテーテル検査が予定されている患者
2. 本研究への参加にあたり十分なインフォームド・コンセントの後に、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られている

1. Patients who have at least one of the following criteria:
1) Patients who have acute or chronic pulmonary embolism with or without symptoms
2) Patients who have pulmonary hypertension
3) Patients who are considered clinically likely to have pulmonary hypertension and will undergo a right heart catheterization
2. Patients who obtained voluntary written consent for participation in this study.
