日本語
新型コロナウイルス感染症（以下、COVID-19）の拡大を受け、自宅待機や在宅勤務を余儀なくされている日常的な運動習慣のない20歳以上60歳未満の成人（男女）において、在宅にてインターネットを介したオンライン遠隔トレーニング教室による運動介入プログラムを受講し、その結果、日々の運動強度が高まり、生活の質（QOL）の改善があるかどうか、運動介入群と待機リスト群と比較して、その介入効果を検証する。

For Adults (men and women) between the ages of 20 and 60 who have no daily exercise habits who are forced to wait at home or work from home due to the spread of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) ,
take an exercise intervention program by an online remote gymnastics classes useing the internet, and compare the exercise intervention group with the waiting list group to see if there is an increase in daily exercise intensity and quality of life (QOL) , the effect of the intervention.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.日本国内に在住する20歳以上60歳未満の男女。
2.指定のURLにPCやタブレット、スマートホンを使ってアクセスでき、運動介入のためのLIVE映像を見ることができる者。
3.本研究期間（1ヶ月）、休まず4回参加できる者。
4.ベースライン調査において、IPAQ（国際標準化身体活動質問
票)の「short version, last 7 days 」 から算出される、1週間の身体活動量が、23メッツ・時/週未満の者。
5.ベースライン調査において、SF-12の「精神的側面のQOLサマ
リースコア（MCS）」または、「身体的側面のQOLサマリースコア（Physical component summary: PCS）」の国民標準値にて標準化された得点が、50点未満の者。

1. Men and women between the ages of 20 and 60 who live in Japan.
2. Those who can access the specified URL using a PC, tablet, or smartphone and can watch LIVE video for exercise intervention.
3. Those who can participate 4 times without rest during this research period (1 month).
4. IPAQ (International Standardized Physical Activity Question) in the baseline survey
Those who have less than 23 METs / hour / week of physical activity per week calculated from the "short version, last 7 days" of the vote).
5. In the baseline survey, SF-12's "Mental QOL Summer"
Those who have a score of less than 50 points standardized by the national standard value of "Les Score (MCS)" or "Physical component summary (PCS)".

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 認知症である者または、認知症の診断を過去に受けた者。
② 脳梗塞等の脳疾患の既往歴のある者。
③ 心臓疾患などの心臓病の既往歴のある者。
④ 上記以外で重大な疾病の既往歴のある者
⑤ 上記の既往症で通院中の者。
⑥ 医師から運動制限を受けている者。
⑦ スタジオ・ヨギーの受講者。
⑧ スタジオ・ヨギーの受講経験がある者。
⑨ その他、研究者が不適切であると認めた者。

1. Those who have dementia or who have been diagnosed with dementia in the past.
2. Those who have a history of brain diseases such as cerebral infarction.
3. Those who have a history of heart disease such as heart disease.
4. Persons with a history of serious illness other than the above
