発症から24時間以内にPCIした症例かつTACTICS registryに登録しなかった全症例を対象とし、臨床的にOCTが使用されていない症例群の、患者背景、病態的特徴を調査することを目的とする。

By examining the difference between the background of ACS evaluated by OCT and the overall ACS patients in Japan, we may obtain the data to overcome the limitation of selection bias and show the importance of OCT-guided PCI in ACS patients.

2019年11月13日から2026年3月31日までで、急性冠症候群と診断され入院した患者を対象とし、患者データからカルテ番号、来院日、年齢、診断名、TACTICS registryに登録しなかった理由、OCT以外の血管内イメージングを使用の有無とその理由を調査対象とする。

入院したACS患者（20歳以上）のうち、発症から24時間以内にPCIした症例かつTACTICS registryに登録しなかった全症例を対象

a) ACS patients who underwent PCI within 24 hours.
b) Patients who are not enrolled to the TACTICS registry.
c) Patients aged 20 year or older.

本研究では、入院したACS患者（20歳以上）のうち、発症から24時間以内にPCIした症例かつTACTICS registryに登録しなかった全症例を対象とし、臨床的にOCTが使用されていない症例群の、患者背景、病態的特徴を調査することを目的とする。さらに、TACTICS registryに参加している昭和大学以外の施設とデータを集約し、TACTICS registryに登録された症例群と、登録されなった症例群との比較検討を行う。
