日本語
歯科用インプラントの上部構造にナノ銀粒子を塗布し，ナノ銀粒子がどの程度インプラント周囲組織における歯周病原因菌の静菌効果を示すのか，また，それによる歯周病原因菌の静菌効果がどの程度口臭抑制効果を示すのか，さらにその持続性を検討することを目的とする．

By applying nano-silver particles to the superstructure of a dental implant, how much the nano-silver particles show the bacteriostatic effect of periodontal disease-causing bacteria in the tissue surrounding the implant, and the bacteriostatic effect of the periodontal disease-causing bacteria due to it. The purpose of this study is to investigate how much the effect of suppressing bad breath is and how long it lasts.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

①歯肉炎症指数(Modified Gingival Index)3)，②mPI(modified plaque index)&mBI(modified sulcus bleeding index)4)，③アバットメント周囲の官能検査とガスクロ測定（アバットメントを取り外しマイクロチューブに入れてヘッドスペースのにおいを測定する），④アバットメント周囲の歯周病菌と全菌数 (定量PCR分析) を観察する．両群とも1日2回以上歯磨きを行ってもらう．今回の実験は上部構造に塗布されたナノ銀粒子の静菌性を検討していく．

(1) Gingival inflammation index (Modified Gingival Index) 3), (2) mPI (modified plaque index) & mBI (modified sulcus bleeding index) 4), (3) Sensory test and gas chromometry around the abutment (Measure the odor), (4) Observe the periodontal disease bacteria and the total number of bacteria (quantitative PCR analysis) around the abutment. Both groups should brush their teeth at least twice a day. In this experiment, we will investigate the bacteriostatic properties of nano-silver particles applied to the superstructure.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
本大学病院口腔インプラント科にて，上下顎臼歯部欠損部に対して1本以上インプラント治療が施されており，銀アレルギーがない患者10人ずつを対象にする．

At the Department of Oral Implants, our university hospital, 10 patients who have been treated with one or more implants for the upper and lower jaw tooth defects and who do not have silver allergy are targeted.

銀アレルギーがある患者
コントロールされてない全身疾患がある患者．
意思疎通ができない精神疾患がある患者．
アルコール・薬物依存症がある患者．
治療に非協力的である患者．

対象者は，Tiアバットメントに銀イオンを塗布した群とTiアバットメントに何も塗布していない群にわけ，上部構造装着日(0日)，装着後12週間の①歯肉炎症指数(Modified Gingival Index)3)，②mPI(modified plaque index)&mBI(modified sulcus bleeding index)4)，③アバットメント周囲の官能検査とガスクロ測定（アバットメントを取り外しマイクロチューブに入れてヘッドスペースのにおいを測定する），④アバットメント周囲の歯周病菌と全菌数 (定量PCR分析) を観察する．両群とも1日2回以上歯磨きを行ってもらう．今回の実験は上部構造に塗布されたナノ銀粒子の静菌性を検討していく．

The subjects were divided into a group in which silver ions were applied to the Ti abutment and a group in which nothing was applied to the Ti abutment. Index) 3), mPI (modified plaque index) & mBI (modified sulcus bleeding index) 4), Sensory test around the abutment and gas chromometry (remove the abutment and put it in a microtube to measure the odor of the head space), (4) Observe the periodontal disease bacteria around the abutment and the total number of bacteria (quantitative PCR analysis).
