目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
成人期初期（18歳～30歳）の自閉スペクトラム症の診断のある患者に，認知行動療法を用いた心理教育プログラムを実施し，通常診療（TAU）に本プログラムを併用（COMB）することが，TAU単独と比較し，Vineland2適応行動尺度を主要評価項目とした臨床効果における有効性を，ランダム化比較試験により検証する

To evaluate the efficacy of psychoeducational program based cognitive behavioral therapy for autism spectrum disorders (18-30years) . Half were randomly assigned to program, and compared with the others receiving no additional intervention. ASD-related self-awareness, the primary outcome, was evaluated using the bespoke Adaptive Behavior Composite score for Japanese version of Vineland 2.

Change from Week 0 (baseline) at 10 weeks for Communication, Daily Living Skills, Social Skills, and Total on the ineland-2 (Parent-Teacher Interview), and scores for each subfactor on the Seehan disability scale (SDISS) and change from Week 0 (baseline) at 6 weeks, change from Week 0 (baseline) at 10 weeks, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) scores per subfactor, and psychiatric The Internalized Stigma of Illness Scale (ISMI), the total score of the "Stigma Scale" sub-item of the Barriers to Access to Care Evaluation v3 (BACE), and the Patient Health Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9: Depression Scale), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7: Anxiety Scale), Meta Cognitive Questionnaire 30 (MCQ30), the total score of Section 2 Knowlege of the Autism Knowledge Quiz for Children and Adolescents (AKQ-C), the total score of Section 3 Ethos of the Autism Knowledge Quiz for Children and Adolescents (AKQ-C), and the total score of the Camouflage Scale (The Camouflage Scale). 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)自閉症診断観察検査第2版（Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule Second Edition；ADOS-2)または自閉症診断面接改訂版（Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised；ADI-R）を用いて，いずれかの検査にて自閉スペクトラム症の基準を満たす．
2)高等教育機関に在籍している（休学でもよい）.
3)ウェクスラー式知能検査でのVIQが90以上ある．
4）Vineland2適応行動尺度日本語版のAdaptive Behavior Composite score（合計得点）が85点以下である．
5）同意取得時年齢が18歳以上30歳以下である．
6）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後，十分な理解の上，自由意思による文書同意が得られている．
7）通常治療（定期的な医師との診察が必須で，エントリー時点での薬物療法の有無は問わない）が行われ，試験期間中に薬物療法の新規の開始や追加変更が予定されていない．
8）自閉スペクトラム症が主診断であれば，うつ病，不安症，強迫症を合併する場合でも除外しない（M.I.N.Iを使用する）．
9）試験期間中に他の認知行動療法を受けていない．
10）患者の保護者からの検査協力が得られるもの．保護者がいない場合には、患者をよく知る人物（配偶者や兄弟等）からの検査協力が得られるもの．

2)Verbal intelligence quotient of patients is over 90.
3)Individual with who are above "some need" in Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaires.
4)Age of patients is over 10 to 17 year
5)Caregivers can attend their CBT session with patients.
6)Individual with who have "treatment as usual" does not add an new treatment.
7)Patients can understand CBT.
8)The patients who are diagnosed anxiety disorder and depression can attend this study if they are primaly diagnosed of ASD.
9)Caregivers should not have any psychiatric deseases.
10)Caregivers can attend each CBT session with patients.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）脳の器質的障害（認知症を含む）のある者．
2）M.I.N.Iにおいて「自殺の危機」の得点が10点を超える者．
3）M.I.N.Iにおいて反社会性パーソナリティ障害，精神病性障害，躁病エピソード，薬物/アルコール依存/乱用に該当する者．
4）がんなどの,重大な進行性の身体疾患を有する者．
5）精神発達遅滞および境界知能を有するもの．ウェクスラー式知能検査などによる推定VIQ＜90は除外する．
6）研究者とのコンタクト（メールもしくは電話）が困難である者．
7）その他，試験責任医師，又は，試験分担セラピストが本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した者．
