日本語
パーキンソン病（PD）の摂食嚥下障害は50-90%にみられ，PD患者の死因第一位は誤嚥性肺
炎である．しかしながら，PD患者は誤嚥してもムセのないことが多く，摂食嚥下障害の自覚
に乏しいことが多い．そのため誤嚥性肺炎を発症してから嚥下障害の診断がなされることも少
なくない．肺炎予防のためには早期発見が必要であるが，嚥下機能を検査できる社会環境が
整っていないことが多い．

Dysphagia in Parkinson's disease (PD) occurs in 50-90% of patients with dysphagia, and aspiration pneumonia is the leading cause of death in PD patients.
However, PD patients often have no mucus when they aspirate and are often unaware of their feeding and swallowing difficulties.
Therefore, the diagnosis of dysphagia is often made after the onset of aspiration pneumonia.
It's not. early detection is necessary to prevent pneumonia, but the social environment is often not conducive to testing swallowing function.

PD患者に対してアンケート調査および質問紙表における調査を，地域のPD患者が集まる
運動教室「PD cafe」の場所を借りて実施し，地域のPD患者の嚥下
機能および摂食嚥下障害に対するサポート体制について把握することを目的とした．
