31～35歳、パートタイマー、核家族の健康な母親とその子ども。子どもは、2.3歳、女児、きょうだいを持たないことを基準とする。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

母親が妊娠中であること。けがや病気等、運動を行う上で支障のある者。
