目的1/Narrative objectives1 唾液中細菌数を指標として、ブラッシング後の口腔内清拭、含嗽の効果を検討する Using the number of bacteria in saliva as an index, examine the effects of oral cleaning and gargle after brushing.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 各手法（ブラッシング・口腔内清拭・水を用いた含嗽）直後の唾液中細菌数を測定する。
測定に侵襲は伴わず、測定後の追跡観察は行わない。
The number of bacteria in saliva is measured immediately after each method (brushing, cleaning the oral cavity, and gargling with water).
The measurement is not invasive and no follow-up is performed after the measurement.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes カルテ調査項目（性別、年齢、既往歴、服薬状況、BMI、残存歯数、口呼吸の有無、喫煙、飲酒、口腔湿潤度、歯垢および歯石付着度） Medical record survey items (gender, age, medical history, medication status, BMI, number of remaining teeth, presence or absence of mouth breathing, smoking, drinking, oral wetness, plaque, and dental calculus adhesion)
