(3) 重度な上肢,下肢の骨関節疾患、受傷歴があること

(2) are presenting with low back pain at rest and during exercise,
(3) have a history of severe osteoarticular disease and injuries to the upper and lower extremities.

被検者は、脊柱起立筋に筋電計、心拍モニター,心電図モニターを装着し、更に着衣型ウエアラブルセンサを着用する。着衣型ウエアラブルセンサで取得した運動学的データから株式会社日立製作所が開発した独自のシステムを用いて、姿勢負荷を定量化する。課題は10分間３つの課題を行う。体幹を軽度屈曲した姿勢、体幹直立位、肩を挙上した状態でのねじ回しの作業を行う。各課題間は10分間の十分な休息を与えることとする。19名の若年健常者の測定が終了した。現在、解析を行っている。

The subject wears an electromyograph on the erector spinae muscle, heart rate monitor, and electrocardiogram monitor and also wears a clothing-type wearable sensor. Postural load is quantified from the kinematic data acquired by the wearable sensors using a proprietary system developed by Hitachi, Ltd. Three tasks are performed for 10 minutes. The subjects perform the following tasks: lightly flexed torso, upright torso, and elevating the shoulders. There are 10 minutes of adequate rest between each task.The measurements in 19 young healthy subjects have been completed. We are currently analyzing the data.
