バンデージ型の機能性ソックスはランニング時や運動時における足首部の過度な回内や回外を抑制することを主な目的として開発されているが、足関節障害の危険因子である動的な不安定性に及ぼす影響は明らかになっていない。そこで機能性ソックス着用が動的安定性に及ぼす影響を明らかにする。

Bandage socks are supposed to limit the range of motion of the ankle joints. How they affect the dynamic stability of the ankle joint, one of the major risk factors of ankle joint injury, is not clarified. The purpose of the study is to elucidate the effect of wearing bandage socks on the dynamic stability of ankle joints.

スポーツ活動を部・クラブ等で経験していること

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.慢性足関節不安定症
2.下肢筋骨格神経系の手術の既往
3.下肢のアラインメント修復を必要とする骨折・骨盤の既往
4. 過去3カ月以内において、関節の整合性や機能に影響を及ぼす他の下肢関節における筋骨格系の急性外傷（捻挫、骨折など）があり、少なくとも1日以上の身体活動の中断を余儀なくされた

2.Surgical history of lower limb neuromusculoskeletal system
3.Malalignment of lower limb or hip due to fracture or malformation which requires surgical intervention
4. Acute injury of lower limbs or hip that prohibited participation in any exercise more than a week within 3 months before the participation in the study
