主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	IBDに合併する動静脈血栓症の死亡・重篤症例の頻度	The incidences of arterial and venous thromboembolism progressing to severe condition and death in IBD patients.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	1)IBDに合併する動静脈血栓症の発症頻度 2) IBDに合併する動静脈血栓症の死亡・重篤化の危険因子 3) 血栓症発症部位別の死亡・重篤化の頻度 4) IBDに合併する動静脈血栓症に対する抗凝固療法と出血性合併症の頻度 5) IBDに合併する動静脈血栓症による死亡・重篤化例における、発症から死亡・重篤化までの日数	1) The incidence of arterial and venous thromboembolism in patients with IBD 2) The risk factors of arterial and venous thromboembolism progressing to severe condition and death in IBD patients 3) The incidences of severe and fatal thromboembolism by location of the thromboembolic lesions in IBD patients 4) The incidences of antithrombotic therapy and its hemorrhagic complications in IBD patients 5) Days from the initiation of thromboembolism to the progression of severe condition or death in IBD patients.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2008年1月から2017年12月までの間に研究参加施設で診療されていた炎症性腸疾患（潰瘍性大腸炎・クローン病）と確定診断されている患者	The patients who were diagnosed as IBD and examined in participating institutes from January 2008 to December 2017.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 研究参加を拒否された患者 2) 研究責任者が研究参加に不適格と判断した患者	1) The patients who declined participation to this study. 2) The patients who were judged ineligible for participating this study by the principal investigator.
