年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	適用なし/Not applicable

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・病理組織学的にstage II/III(UICC TNM分類 8版)大腸癌と診断されている ・腫瘍の中心が中央部横行結腸である ・2008年1月～2019年12月に横行結腸癌に対し根治切除が実施されている	1. pStageII/III (UICC TNM 8th) 2. Mid transverse colon cancer 3. Patients underwent colectomy between Jan,2008 and Dec,2019
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・他手術同時施行例 ・重複癌、手術以前5年以内に他の癌の既往がある症例 (ただし、局所治療により治癒と判断されるcarcinoma in situ（上皮内癌）もしくは 粘膜内癌相当の病変は含めない) ・潰瘍性大腸炎(colitic cancer) ・大腸イレウスで緊急手術を施行した症例 (減圧後の待機手術例は除く) ・大腸切除の既往がある症例(良性・悪性を問わない)	1. Patients underwent extended left colectomy or left colectomy 2. Patients underwent the other surgical procedure 3. Double cancer 4. Colitic cancer 5. Emergency surgery due to cancer ileus 6. Past history of colectomy
