選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	下記のうち、本人の文書による同意が得られた者 (1) 利用者および家族 a.介護老人福祉施設入所者の場合、研究実施施設の医師がかかりつけ医である方。 b.サービス付き高齢者向け住宅入居者の場合、ご家族等の介助により研究実施施設に通院中である方。 c.研究参加時に病状が安定されている方。 (2) 施設職員 介護老人福祉施設およびサービス付き高齢者向け住宅の全職員 (3) 医師 研究実施施設に所属し、利用者を担当する医師。	Those who are eligible below with the written consent [Users and Families] a. Users of elderly care facilities: The users for whom the physician at the research site is the family physician, and their families b. Users of aged care homes: The users going to the medical institution at the research site with the assistance of family members or others, and their families c. Users whose condition is stable at the time of study participation [Facility staffs] All staff members of elderly care facilities and aged care homes [physicians] Physicians who work at the research site and in charge of the users of the facilities.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 対象者より中止の申し出があった場合 2) 対象者より治療変更の申し出があった場合 3) その他、研究者等が当該対象者に対して研究継続が不適当と判断した場合	1. If the participant requests cancellation 2. If the participant requests a change in treatment 3. Other cases in which the researcher decides that it is inappropriate for the participant to continue the research
