目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 本研究の目的は、扁平足を明確に簡便に診断するために開発された簡易ツールの有用性を明らかにすることである。 The purpose of this study is to determine the usefulness of a simple tool developed to clearly and easily diagnose flat feet.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 研究対象者は足部CTを撮影後に、矢状断像で舟状骨中央における舟状骨底面－足底皮膚間の距離を計測する。その後扁平足簡易評価ツールでアーチの高さを評価する。２つの評価法の間に関連があるか否かを解析する。

簡易ツールでの結果と画像評価を比較し、簡易ツールの妥当性を評価する。
The subject will take a CT of the foot and then measure the distance between the scaphoid base and plantar skin in the center of the scaphoid in a sagittal section. They will then evaluate the arch height with the Simplified Flatfoot Assessment Tool and analyze whether there is an association between the two assessment methods.

Compare the results of the Quick Assessment Tool with the image evaluation and evaluate the validity of the Quick Assessment Tool.
