除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 精神疾患・糖尿病・脳神経疾患の既往歴がある方。認知機能に影響する薬物（睡眠薬、抗うつ薬、中枢神経抑制薬など）を服用している方。本研究で実施する課題、介入期間前後の測定が困難な方、あるいは参加できない方。

1) Those with a history of mental illness, diabetes, or neurological disease. Those who are taking medications that affect cognitive function (sleeping pills, antidepressants, central nervous system depressants, etc.). Those who have difficulty or are unable to participate in the tasks to be conducted in this study or in the measurements before and after the intervention period.

1. 重心動揺の結果
　重心動揺の二元配置分散分析の結果、すべての指標において交互作用および主効果における有意差を認めなかった。

2. 脳活動の結果
　脳活動のchごとの二元配置分散分析の結果、一部の群間で主効果がみられ、一部の時間で主効果がみられた。
