肥満を有しCPAP療法を開始するOSA患者に対して、遠隔モニタリングシステムを用いてCPAPアドヒアランスと同時に体重・血圧をモニタリングし生活指導を加えることが、OSAの治療状況および肥満が改善するかを検証する。

過去の睡眠検査において、本邦の保険診療におけるCPAP療法の適応を満たしている
閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸に対してCPAP療法を今後開始する予定である
BMI 25 kg/m2以上

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
二次性肥満（薬剤・ホルモン異常による）患者
透析中の患者
ペースメーカー・埋め込み型除細動器を使用している患者
安全に運動を勧められない　(血圧 180/100以上・不安定狭心症・心不全・呼吸不全・顕性腎症を有する糖尿病・脳梗塞既往後・関節痛など筋骨格系の疼痛が重度など）
在宅酸素使用中
中枢性無呼吸が優位である
