選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)原発巣の内視鏡生検で、組織学的に食道癌、胃癌と診断されている

(2)登録日の年齢が20歳以上である

(3)Performance status(ECOG PS)が0または1である

(4)臓器機能が保たれている

(5)開胸手術（もしくは胸腔鏡下手術）および開腹手術（もしくは腹腔鏡（補助）下手術）またはロボット支援下に根治的上部消化管手術（食道切除、胃切除）を施行予定である

(6)研究参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

(1)Histologically diagnosed gastric or esophageal cancer

(2)20 years and over at the timing of registration

(3)ECOG Performance status(PS) of 0 or 1

(4)Organ function is preserved

(5)Curative resection is planned

(6)Written informed consent is obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)活動性の重複癌（同時性重複癌および無病期間が5年以内の異時性重複癌）を有する。食道癌と胃癌の重複する場合についても除外とする。ただし、局所治療により治癒したと判断される上皮内癌または粘膜内癌相当の病変は活動性の重複癌に含めない。

(2)活動性の、全身的治療を要する感染症を有する（38℃以上の発熱を有し、画像診断もしくは細菌学的検査にて細菌感染が証明されている。全身状態に影響を与えない局所感染は除く。）

(3)精神障害または試験の実施に影響を及ぼしうる認知機能障害を有しており研究への参加が困難と判断される

(4)妊娠または授乳中、妊娠している可能性またはその意思がある

(5)その他、主治医、研究責任医師、研究分担医師により本研究の対象として不適格と判断される者

(1)Synchronous or metachronous (within five years) multiple cancers, except for intraepithelial or intramucosal carcinoma cured by local therapy

(2)Active systemic infectious disease

(3)Unable to join due to his/her mental status or mental disorders

(4)Pregnancy, lactation, or intention to become pregnant during this study

(5)Whom judged by the investigator, sub-investigator, or attending physician to be ineligible for enrollment in the study

本研究は観察研究であり、2020年10月1日から2022年3月31日までに当施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員に対して尿検体を採取し、新規がんスクリーニング検査N-NOSEを行う。

This research is an observational study. Patients who visit our hospital from 1st October 2020 to 31st March 2022 will be included when they meet the eligibility criteria. Urine samples are obtained for N-NOSE from all of them.
