介入は2日に分けて2回行う。メンタルプラクティス群は書字動作のビデオを見ながらメンタルプラクティスを10分間実施する。1分間のセッションを10試行実施し、5試行と6試行の間に5分間の休憩を、その他の試行間には30秒間の休憩を設ける。2日目に、再度同じ介入を実施する。

Subjects receive two training sessions on 2 successive days.
Mental Practice group are instructed to imagine themselves writing with observing a writing video from a first-person perspective. Each training session consisted of 10 trials of 1 min. The individual trials were interspersed with rest periods of 30 s. After 5 trials the subjects were allowed to rest for a period of 5 min.

介入は2日に分けて2回行う。対照群は書字動作とは関係のないビデオをメンタルプラクティス群と同様の時間視聴する。

・過去に1週間以上の書字機能習得に向けた利き手交換練習の経験がある
・実験時、非利き手側の上肢に書字動作を阻害する程度の外傷等がある

They have experience of training to write with non-dominant hand for more than 1 week.

They have disorder that they can't write letters in non-dominant hand.
