文書および口頭による十分な説明を行い、自由意志による研究参加の同意を文書で得た方。

重篤な全身性の基礎疾患を有するもの。

皮膚免疫疾患である乾癬と腸粘膜免疫疾患である炎症性腸疾患の合併についてはよく知られていない。今回、乾癬患者における腸管免疫異常の有無につき検討を行う。

Relation between skin immune disorders psoriasis and intestinal mucosal immune disorders inflammatory bowel disease was not fully investigated. In this study, intestinal immune homeostasis is being investigated in psoriasis patients.
