general anesthesia with TIVA for more than 4 hours

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

呼吸器疾患を合併する患者
低体温管理を要する患者
呼吸器外科や頭頚部外科など、気道が外気に直接接触する可能性のある手術の患者
気管切開術など、呼吸回路にリークが発生する可能性のある手術の患者
