小児患者の麻酔導入前の不安除去の方法としての有効性が報告されているビデオゲームを応用した麻酔導入が「障害児の全身麻酔下歯科治療においても，円滑な麻酔導入と術後の退行行動の抑制が得られる」という仮説を検証することを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to test a hypothesis that, in disabled patients, preanesthetic application of video game could reduce anxiety during anesthesia induction and postoperative regressive behavior which has been confirmed in healthy pediatric patients.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.本研究の趣旨に理解を示し，自発的に参加することを親権者が承諾した患者
2.米国麻酔学会全身状態評価
（ASA-PS）1または2の障害を有する患者
3.性別は問わない。

patient agrees the purpose of this research and participate voluntarily.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.ビデオゲームならびに機器の使用を拒否する患者
2.親権者がビデオゲームを使用する麻酔導入を拒否した患者
3.親権者の発達年齢が12歳以下の場合（親権者に対するSTAI状態―特性不安尺度検査の適用年齢が中学生以上であるため）
4.重度の視覚障害がある，あるいは身体的・精神的理由によってビデオゲームを使用できない，あるいは望ましくない患者
5.意識下に静脈路の確保が行え，静脈麻酔による麻酔導入を希望する患者
6.吸入麻酔薬にアレルギー・過敏症のある患者
7.そのほか主任研究者が不適当と判断した患者

1.Patients refuse the use of video game or
equipment.
2.Person in parental authority of the disabled
patient refuse induction with video game.
3.Developmental age of person in parental
authority is 12 years old or less, since
State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) is suitable
for ages over 12years old.
4.Severe visual impairment, disable or
undesirable to manipulate the equipment due to physical or mental problems.
5.Patients who permit or ask to secure venous
route under consciousness.
6.Patients whom the lead principal investigator
judges as inappropriate.
