①日頃から自動車を運転している，②歩行が自立している

英語
(i)Those who drive a car on a regular basis, (ii) ability to walk independently.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①認知機能が正常である（Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）が24点未満）②神経疾患の既往がない，③下肢関節手術の既往がある，④循環器疾患の治療中である

(i) Mini-Mental State Examination score of <24 points, (ii) no history of neurological disease, (iii) history of lower limb joint surgery, and (iv)treatment received for cardiovascular disease.

被験者はハンドルを握った状態で，モニターに映されたアクセル傾斜のリアルタイムデータを視認し，アクセルを5度程度踏み込んだ状態を保持するよう指示された．次に，評価者は20から30秒間隔で3色のLEDを無作為に点灯させた．被験者は，赤点灯を視認した場合は可能な限り早くブレーキに踏み替えた．なお，足の位置や動かし方については被験者の自由とした．

The subject was instructed to visually check the real-time data of the accelerator tilt displayed on the monitor while holding the steering wheel, and to keep the accelerator depressed about 5 degrees. Next, the evaluator randomly turned on the three-color LEDs at intervals of 20 to 30 seconds. The subject switched to the brake as soon as possible when he saw the red light. The subject was free to decide the position and movement of the foot. The measurement was carried out for a total of 3 sets, with 1 set for 5 consecutive minutes.
