1、双極性障害、うつ病患者［DSM-5で双極性障害、うつ病と診断される患者］、健常者
2、ERPDを有する者
3、千葉大学医学部附属病院 精神神経科及び協力医療機関に通院もしくは入院している者

1 Patients who are diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder according to DSM-5 criteria and healthy people
2 Patients who have ERPD
3 Patients who are commuting to or hospitalized in Chiba university hospital or cooperating medical institutions

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1、統合失調症などの精神病性障害、認知症、器質及び症状性精神障害、知的障害を有する者
2、心的外傷を有する者
3、自殺企図のおそれが切迫している者
4、その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適切と判断した者

1 Patients with schizophrenia, major depression disorder, comorbid dementia, organic mental disorder, mental retardation
2 Patients who have trauma
3 significant risk of suicide
4 Patients whom examination doctor judge improper as a trial subject

研究デザイン:横断研究
対象者の募集方法：2021年2月-2023年12月に当施設及び共同実施組織を受診した、もしくは入院中の患者で選択基準に合致した者を対象とする
測定する項目(使用する評価尺度)：
1、精神疾患簡易構造化面接法(M.I.N.I.)
2、簡易抑うつ症状尺度(QIDS-J)
3、ヤング躁病評価尺度(YMRS) 、bipolarityの有無
4、状態ｰ特性不安検査（新版STAI）
5、リーボヴィッツ社交不安尺度日本語版（LSAS-J）
6、自閉症スペクトラム指数（AQ）
7、知的機能評価（JART25）
8、出来事に伴う心理的苦悩尺度（ERPD-24）
9、改訂出来事インパクト尺度(IES-R)
10、ADA（不安・抑うつ発作）の有無等
11、臨床的全般印象度の変化（CGI-C）

Way to recruit:We recruit patients who meet inclusion criteria and who are commuting to or hospitalized in Chiba university hospital or cooperating medical institutions from February 2021 to September 2023.
