聖マリアンナ医科大学病院ゲノム医療推進センターで、がん遺伝子パネル検査を受けたがん患者のうち、保険適用されたがん遺伝子パネル検査の同意書にて、パネル検査のデータを本学が２次利用することに同意した患者。

本研究では、聖マリアンナ医科大学病院でがん遺伝子パネル検査を受けた患者を対象に、測定したゲノムデータを使用しMolecular Health社（ドイツ・ハイデルベルク）のMH Guideを用いたアノテーションの結果を評価する。

In this study, we will evaluate the results of annotation using the MH Guide from Molecular Health (Heidelberg, Germany) using genomic data generated from patients that underwent cancer gene panel testing at St. Marianna University Hospital.
