選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 三重大学医学部附属病院に入院中、研究責任者および研究分担者の診療を受ける患者
2. 対象年齢は20歳以上とし、性別を問わない
3. 入院中に原疾患の治療のために採血および尿検査の実施予定がある患者
4. 文書による患者（代諾者）の同意が得られる場合
5. 「糖尿病及び肥満におけるインスリン抵抗性及び血管合併症の発症機序の解析」の参加者
6. 「南牟婁郡御浜町における糖尿病実態調査―境界型耐糖能異常者の糖尿病発症に関する大規模研究」の参加者

1. Patients admitting to Mie University Hospital
2. Male or female patients 20 years or older
3. Patients who are planned to procedure blood and urine sampling for the treatment of primary disease
4. Obtained written informed consent
5. Participants in "Analysis of mechanism of insulin resistance and vascular comorbidity in diabetes mellitus and obesity"
6. Participants in "Surveillance of transition from impaired glucose intolerance to overt diabetes mellitus in Mihama Town, Minamimuro District "

1. 文書による患者の同意を得ることが困難な場合
2. 研究責任者または研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した場合
3. オプトアウトによる登録拒否の意志表示があった場合
