副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

・前腕の角層水分量の変化量
・ドライスキンの症状（鱗屑、亀裂、乾燥感、掻痒感）
・スキンケア行動の実施状況（保湿剤の塗布の頻度、入浴剤利用の頻度、保湿剤の塗布の方法、入浴に関する行動、環境調整に関する行動）
・皮膚の観察の実施頻度
・保湿剤の使用量(介入開始から4か月時点・6か月時点)

The change of water content of the stratum corneum in the anterior surface of the lower leg over a 4month period from the beginning of intervention.
The change of water content of the stratum corneum in the surface of the forearm.
Symptoms of dry skin (scale, rhagades, feeling of dryness, pruritus).
Actions related to skin care (frequency of moisturizer use, frequency of bathing agent use, how take moisturizer is used, actions when bathing, environmental adjustment).
Frequency of skin observations.
Amount of moisturizer used (in 4months and 6months from the beginning of intervention).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１）65歳以上の在宅高齢者
２）ドライスキンを有する者
３）要介護認定がされていない、または要支援1・2の者
４）スキンケアに関する教育を受けて、実行できる理解力・コミュニケーション能力を有する者
５）自身で保湿剤を塗布する能力を有する者
６）変化のステージモデル (トランスセオレティカルモデル) の準備期にある者

英語
1) Community-dwelling elderly aged 65 or over.
2)with dry skin.
3) Those who have not been certified as long-term care, or those who have been classified as Support Required 1 or 2.
4) Those with enough cognitive and communicative ability to be trained in skincare and practice it.
5) Those who have the ability to apply moisturizer by themselves.
6) Those in preparation for the transtheoretical model of behavior change.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）保湿剤を塗布する皮膚に強い掻痒感を伴う掻き傷および出血がある者
２）保湿剤を塗布する皮膚に治療中の潰瘍や創傷、リンパ浮腫などの健康障害がある者
３）処方された保湿剤等を使用している者
４）過去3か月間のショートステイの平均利用日数が1か月あたり12日以上である者
５）保湿剤のパッチテスト（アレルギーテスト）に反応がある者

1)Those who have intense pruritic scratches and bleeding on the skin.
2)Those with skin health impairment; ulcer, wound, lymphedema.
3)Those who are using prescribed moisturizers, etc.
4)Those who have used short-term stay for care for 12 days or more per month on average for the past 3 months.
5)Those who respond to Patch testing.
