本研究の目的は亜糊粉層残存無洗米、脱ロウ玄米、白米の日常的な継続摂取による肌への影響について幅広い年齢層での横断研究を実施し、その評価を行うことである。

The purpose of this study is to conduct a cross-sectional study in a wide range of age groups and evaluate the effects of continuous daily intake of sub-aleurone-remaining wash-free rice,dewaxed brown rice and white rice on the skin.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

[1]試験参加の同意取得時点での年齢が18歳以上90歳未満の男女
[2]健康な者で慢性身体疾患がない者
[3]本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本試験参加に同意できる者
[4]指定された検査日に来所でき、検査を受ける事のできる者
[5]亜糊粉層残存無洗米（金芽米）群、脱ロウ玄米（金芽ロウカット玄米）群は、各検査日から遡ること1か月以上食べている者
[6]試験責任医師が本試験への参加を適当と認めた者

[1]Japanese males and females aged 18-89 years
[2]Individuals who are healthy and are not received treatment of disease
[3]Individuals whose written informed consent has been obtained
[4]Individuals who can come to the designated examination date and receive the examination
[5]Sub-aleurone-remaining wash-free rice group and dewaxed brown rice group are those who have eaten for more than one month from the date of inspection
[6]Individuals judged appropriate for the study by the principal

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
[1]現在、何らかの疾患を患い薬物治療を受けている者
[2]耐糖能異常、精神疾患、睡眠障害、高血圧、糖尿病、高脂血症や重篤な疾患の既往歴・現病歴のある者
[3]過去1ヶ月において、疾患治療を目的とした、薬物の服薬習慣のある者（頭痛、月経痛、感冒などの頓服歴は除く）
[4]肝、腎、心、肺、血液等の重篤な障害の既往歴・現病歴のある者
[5]消化器官に併存疾患および既往歴のある者（盲腸の既往歴は除く）
[6]試験食品にアレルギー症状を起こす恐れのある者、また、その他食品、医薬品に重篤なアレルギー症状を起こす恐れのある者
[7]現在、ならびに過去3ヶ月以内において、肌質改善関連を標榜する機能性表示食品、健康食品類の継続的な摂取習慣のある者、また試験期間中に摂取予定のある者（健康維持を目的した摂取は可）
[8]光過敏症の者
[9]その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した者

[1]Individuals using medical products
[2]Individuals who are or are under treatment or have a history of Impaired Glucose Tolerance,mental disabilities,sleep disorder,hypertension,diabetes,fat metabolism or the other serious dysfunctions
[3]Individuals who used a drug to treat in the past 1 month (One-shot medicine of a headache, menstrual pain and a cold removes it.)
[4]Individuals who have a history of serious hepatopathy, kidney damage, heart disease, lung disease,or blood disease
[5]Individual who have digestive organ disease(disease of an appendix is removed)
[6]Individuals who are sensitive to test products or Individual with fear who causes severe allergy in a food and medical supplies
[7]Individuals who had a habit to ingest health-promoting foods, foods for specified health uses, health foods, or supplyments of skincare in the past 3 month or will ingest those foods during the test period
[8] Individuals diagnosed with photosensitivity
[9]Individuals judged inappropriate for the study by the principal
