先行研究で確立した診断アルゴリズムをアプリケーション化し、病理医の診断アシストとして用いることにより、(1)病理医の診断精度の向上を図ることができるか、(2)病理医の精神的・身体的負担を軽減することができるか、について検討を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)術前に胃癌と診断され、リンパ節郭清を伴う胃切除術あるいは胃全摘術を行った症例
2)主病巣の組織型が乳頭腺癌、高分化型管状腺癌、中分化型管状腺癌、充実型低分化腺癌、非充実型低分化腺癌、印環細胞癌、粘液癌のいずれかであるもの
3)病理組織診断時の切片が再度の解析に十分耐え得る状態にあるもの

1) A case in which gastric cancer was diagnosed before surgery and gastrectomy or total gastrectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.
2) The histological type of the main lesion is papillary adenocarcinoma, well-differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma, solid poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, non-solid poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma, or mucinous cancer.
