日本語
登録者のうち誤嚥性肺炎と診断されたのは48名。誤嚥性肺炎群の気管支肺胞洗浄液(BAL）中アミラーゼおよびペプシンの中央値は各々702.0 U/Lおよび12.7 ng/mlであり、非誤嚥性肺炎患者よりも有意に高かった。 BALアミラーゼ204 U/L↑は、診断指標としての感度・特異度それぞれ 77.1%、84.2%、ROC曲線のAUCは 0.859 (95%CI 0.803-0.915) だった。7.45 ng/ml↑の BALペプシンでは、感度87.2%、特異度59.9%で、ROC-AUCは0.757 (95% CI　0.688-0.826) だった。

48 of aspiration pneumonia of the 327 participants. Median BAL amylase and pepsin levels in this group were 702.0 U/L and 12.7 ng/ml, respectively, significantly higher than in non-aspiration pneumonia patients. BAL amylase>204 U/L had 77.1% sensitivity and 84.2% specificity as a diagnostic index, and the AUC of ROC was 0.859(95%CI 0.803-0.915). Similarly, BAL pepsin levels of>7.45 ng/ml had 87.2% sensitivity and 59.9% specificity for identifying aspiration, and the AUC of ROC was 0.757(95%CI 0.688-0.826).

We conducted a cross-sectional study of adult patients undergoing clinically-indicated bronchoscopy at Aizu Medical Center from June 2014 to May 2020. This study included 327 consenting patients.
