選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
慶應義塾大学病院に通院ないし入院中の患者で、消化管疾患を有する患者。
臨床上腸管粘膜（小腸及び大腸）生検の必要があるもののうち、かつ研究使用について文書により説明し、同意が得られたもの。
16歳未満の患者の場合は、保護者から同意を得る。

Patients who are visiting or hospitalized at Keio University Hospital and have gastrointestinal disorders
And atients who need clinical intestinal mucosal (small intestine and large intestine) biopsy.
Further more, patients who have agreed to use the study.
For patients under 16 years of age, obtain parental consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
意識障害や精神症状を有し、同意能力を欠く者については、被験者としない。

Those who have impaired consciousness or mental symptoms and lack the ability to consent are not included in the subjects.
