脳卒中発症から6ヶ月以上経過し，初めて自費診療リハビリテーション施設を利用する者．
５ｍ独歩が可能な者．

英語
Patients with stroke for at least 6 months who are using a self-pay rehabilitation facility for the first time.
Those who can walk 5 m by themselves.
