若手外科医が安全かつ適切な内視鏡外科手術手技を習得するために、遠隔シミュレーショントレーニングが有用であるかを、若手外科医の執刀対象として一般的な腹腔鏡下鼠径ヘルニア手術のシミュレーターを用いて検討する。

遠隔シミュレーショントレーニング前後の両群のTAPP技能向上を既存のTAPPの評価ツールであるTAPPチェックリストとGOALS-GHの2種類の評価ツールを用いて評価する。

We assess whether trainees' videotapeted performance before and after the trainings. They're assessed using GOALS-GH and TAPP checklist, developed for assessing TAPP performance.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

卒後2-5年目の外科医または外科専攻希望者のうち以下の基準を満たす者
・TAPPの執刀経験数が1例以下の者
・アメリカ消化器内視鏡外科学会が開発した、腹腔鏡手術のための基本知識・手技プログラムであるFundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery(FLS)の基準に則り、ドライボックス内での体内結紮3回を112秒以内に行える者

Postgraduate year 2-5 surgeons or surgical residents who meet following criteria.
Residents operated no or one TAPP before their training.
Residents can suture with intracoporeal knot in simulation in 112 seconds refer to Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery(FLS).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
研究開始時のスキルテストにおいて、TAPPチェックリスト点数が16点以上の対象者はTAPPの手技が初心者レベル以上であり、本研究期間中のトレーニングによる教育効果が少ないと判断し、研究参加者から除外する。

Residents who get more than 15 with TAPP checklist in the skill test at the start of the study are excluded from the study because they already have better skill than the beginner level.
