目的1/Narrative objectives1

1.慢性うつ病の既婚女性患者および配偶者それぞれの愛着スタイルは、患者の慢性うつ病の罹病期間に関連しているか。
2.慢性うつ病の既婚女性患者および配偶者それぞれの愛着スタイルは、患者の慢性うつ病の重症度・夫婦間の苦痛に関連しているか。
3.慢性うつ病の既婚女性患者および配偶者それぞれの小児期逆境体験・自閉症スペクトラム障害(Autism-spectrum dysorder:ASD)傾向・注意欠陥多動障害(Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder:ADHD)傾向は、患者の慢性うつ病の罹病期間に関連しているのか。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.患者：現在の主診断がDSM-5にて「持続性抑うつ障害」である既婚女性
2.患者：精神科外来通院中
3.患者：1年以上前に現在の配偶者と婚姻関係となり、配偶者と1年以上同居している
4.患者：本研究への同意が得られる
5.配偶者：本研究への同意が得られる
6.患者・配偶者の両者：スマートホン・タブレット端末・パーソナルコンピューター等にてインターネットが利用できる

1.Patients:married women who meet DSM-5 criteria for persistent depressive disorder.
2.Patients:those who are under treatment at psychiatric.
3.Patients:those who have married for at least one year and lived with their spouse for at least one year.
4.Patients:those who can give a written informed consent.
5.Spouses: those who can give a written informed consent.
6.Patients and spouses: those who can access to the Internet.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.患者：DSM-5にて、知的能力障害、統合失調症スペクトラム障害および他の精神病性障害群、双極性障害および関連障害群、神経認知障害群、と診断される
2.主診断である「持続性抑うつ障害」が部分寛解もしくは完全寛解である
3.患者：その他、研究責任(分担)医師が被験者として不適当と判断した場合
4.患者・配偶者の両者、もしくは、いずれか片方：日本語の理解力が不十分である
5.患者・配偶者の両者、もしくは、いずれか片方：アンケート回答が大きく負担である精神状態・身体状態である

1.Patients: comorbid psychiatric disorders,i.e.intellectual disability, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, and neurocognitive disorders.
2.Patients: partial or complete remission in persistent depressive disorder.
3:Patients: other reasons inadequate for study participation.
4.Patients and/or spouses: difficult for understanding the questionnaire in Japanese.
5.Patients and/or spouses: difficult for completing the questionnaire due to mental and/or physical condition.
