呼吸器外科にて新たにロボット手術を導入、または導入して20例未満の施設を対象に10施設において、リモートを併用した初期教育システムを行い、初期20例の術後30日以内合併症率（Clavien-Dindo分類Grade1以上）が20％以下となる施設が半数以上となること
