肺葉切除において縫合切離された葉気管支壁の組織厚と、切離の際に選択されたステープルカートリッジのステープル形成具合を評価することで、気管支の縫合切離に適したカートリッジの選択基準の確立、自動縫合器の改良や開発につながるデータを収集する。

To correct data that will be helpful to establish criteria for the selection of suitable cartridges for bronchial suturing and development of automatic staplers by evaluating the tissue thickness of the lobar bronchial wall and the staple formation of the staple cartridges selected.

当科で原発性肺癌または転移性肺腫瘍(疑いを含む)に対して右肺または左肺の下葉切除を予定された患者.

英語
Patients scheduled for resection of the lower lobe of the right or left lung for primary lung cancer or metastatic lung tumor (including suspected) in our department.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
病変の局在および進展が中枢側に及び、通常の切離ラインでの自動縫合器による気管支の縫合切離が困難な患者.

何らかの術前治療が行われた患者.

英語
Patients with central localization or extension of the tumor that makes it difficult to suture the bronchus with an automatic suture in the normal line of dissection.

Patients who have undergone any preoperative treatment.
