【結果】独自の大規模トランスクリプトーム解析技術を応用し、既存技術の約1/10の超低コスト高精度NGS解析を実現。mRNAワクチンを１から３回目まで、接種する毎に発現上昇する（CDC42、GRAP2、NFKB1A、PTCRA、PF4をはじめとした）68遺伝子を同定した。
