目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
肝切除前1か月と退院後3か月に在宅運動を導入することにより、自立生活が困難になる（非自立）の頻度が下がるかをランダム化比較試験で検討する。多施設共同研究に移る前にPilot studyである。

This is the randomized controlled trials that induction of home exercise therapy 1 month before surgery and 3 months after discharge can decrease incidence of postoperative loss of independence after liver resection. This is a pilot study.

・肝切除を予定している
・年齢65歳以上
・自立生活を送っている

Living independent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・65歳未満
・胆道再建や多臓器合併切除（胆のう摘出術を除く）を予定している
・肝切除前に介護認定を受けている（要支援も含む）
・安静時脈拍40／分以下もしくは120／分以上
・安静時収縮期血圧70mmHg以下または200mmHg以上
・安静時拡張期血圧120mmHg以上
・労作性狭心症の方
・心房細動のある方
・新鮮心筋梗塞に3か月以内になられた方
・著しい不整脈がある場合
・安静時胸痛がある場合
・運動前に動悸・息切れのある方
・座位でめまい、冷や汗、嘔気などがある場合
・安静時体温38度以上
・不安定な喘息を有している

Need any healthcare supports before surgery
Pulse <40/min or >120/min
Systolic blood pressure <70mmHg or >200mmHg
Diastolic blood pressure >120mmHg
Angina pectoris of effort
Atrial fibrillation
Myocardial infarction within 3 months
Severe arrhythmia
Chest pain even at rest
Palpitation and breathlessness before exercise
Dissiness, cold sweat, and nausea on sitting
Body temperature >38 degree
Uncontrollable asthma
