本研究では、大腸内視鏡検査の前処置において、事前に定めた腸管洗浄プロトコル（algorithm-based active cleansing：ABACプロトコル）を用いることで、プロトコルに準拠しない慣例的な前処置に比べてより早くかつ安全に前処置が終了するかどうかを前向きに検証する。

In this study, we will prospectively examine whether the use of a predetermined algorithm-based active cleansing (ABAC) protocol results in faster and safer completion of the bowel preparation compared to conventional method.
