クレンチングタスクA:
最大咬合力発揮時の咬筋活動を100％MVCと設定．15秒間のクレンチング（50％MVC）を30回実施（各クレンチング間に15秒の休憩）

クレンチングタスクB:
最大咬合力発揮時の咬筋活動を100％MVCと設定．75秒間のクレンチング（10％MVC）を30回実施（各クレンチング間に15秒の休憩）

Clenching Task A: The masseter muscle activity at the time of maximum bite is defined as 100% MVC. 15 seconds of clenching (50% MVC) for 30 times (There is a 15-second rest between each clench.)

Clenching Task B: The masseter muscle activity at the time of maximum bite is defined as 100% MVC. 75 seconds of clenching (10% MVC) for 30 times (There is a 15-second rest between each clench.)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・過去3ヶ月以内に口腔顔面領域に痛みを有する
・咬筋・側頭筋の圧痛検査(1kg・2秒)にて痛みを有する
・残存歯数が24本未満である
・可撤性義歯を装着している
・不正咬合(前歯部・臼歯部開咬, 反対咬合, 交叉咬合)を有する
・精神疾患を有する
・痛みに影響する薬を常用している(非ステロイド性抗炎症薬, 抗不安薬など)
・アルコールアレルギーを有する

英語
･Pain in the orofacial region within the past 3 months
･Palpation of masseter muscle and temporalis muscle (1kg, 2 seconds) causes pain
･Less than 24 teeth remaining
･Wearing removable denture
･Malocclusion (open bite of premolars and molars, opposing bite, crossbite)
･Psychiatric disorders
･Regular use of drugs that affect pain (NSAIDs, anti-anxiety drugs, etc.)
･Alcohol allergy
