　本研究では，高知県に在住する健常高齢者を対象に，カムカム健康プログラムによる，口腔と咀嚼に関するリテラシー、栄養状態および身体機能への有効性について検証することを目的とする。

対象者に対して以下の複合プログラムを3か月間実施する。
(1) 全身体操：週1回
(2) 口腔エクササイズ：週1回
(3) カムカム弁当の提供：月1回，カムカム弁当を食べる。
(4) 集団栄養指導（1月に1回，管理栄養士），集団口腔保健指導（1月に1回，歯科衛生士）
