主な結果/Results

バレット食道診断の既往率は33.5％、前癌病変の認知率は21.2％、CWS中央値12 (10,15)、FSSG中央値6 (3,11)、SF-8 MCS中央値4.65(SD:0.57)、SF-8 PCS(SD:0.91)であった。USSBE症例群(U群)とSSBE症例＋LSBE症例群(SL群)の二群に分けて検討した。年齢、性別、PPIの内服有無、抗うつ薬の内服有無を共変量として傾向スコアマッチングを行った後に比較した。SL群において有意にBarrett食道の診断既往率が高く(p＜0.001)、前癌病変の認知率が高かった(p＜0.05)。CWS、FSSG、及びSF-8 MCS、SF-8 PCSに有意な差はみられなかった。

An overall median CWS of 12 (10, 15), which tended to be slightly higher than general population. The patients were divided into two groups depending on BE length; 229 ultra-short segment of BE (1 cm<, USSBE) and 96 non-USSBE (more than 1 cm). No-USSBE had a significantly higher rate of previous diagnosis of BE (p<0.001) and a higher rate of recognition of precancerous lesions (p<0.05), compared with USSBE. However, there was no significant difference in CWS between two groups (12.5 vs. 12.7).
