膵管もしくは胆道狭窄を呈する疾患における膵液もしくは胆汁中のcfDNA/ctDNAを用いた遺伝子変異解析を行い、膵液・胆汁を用いたliquid biopsyによる膵胆道病変診断の有用性を明らかにすること

(1)膵管もしくは胆道狭窄を呈する患者で、ERCPによる診療を行う者
(2)研究への参加について自由意思による同意が得られた者

(1) Patients with pancreatic or bile duct stricture who require ERCP-related procedures
(2) Patients who provided informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)ERCPを行ったが解析可能な検体が採取できなかった者
(2)その他，研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者
